Day Two

Set Intentions & Reflect

Together, we pause to consider our goals, hopes, and direction. This is about aligning with ourselves and with the journey ahead. This is a chance to reconnect with what brought you here—your questions, your hopes, your turning points—and consider how they’ve shifted or deepened.

Week 1

Vision & Foundation: We begin with where you are and where you're going. Clarifying the vision, naming the constraints, and surfacing what's actually in the way. The week's work sets the frame for everything that follows.

Week 2

The Operational Spine: Hiring, parent communication, financial sustainability, regulatory navigation. The practical questions that determine whether a beautiful vision becomes a sustainable program. We work through what's most pressing for each founder.

Week 3

Curriculum & Daily Rhythm: How the curriculum lives in the day-to-day. How children move through the program. How educators hold the work. The pieces that turn philosophy into lived experience for families.

Week 4

Founder Energetics & Forward: The inner life of leading something that matters. What sustains you through the hard weeks. We close by mapping the next 90 days for each founder so the work continues with momentum.

By the end of the four weeks, you have a clearer vision, a more solid operational foundation, and a small circle of founders who know your work.

  • Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 14 days before the retreat start to receive a 50% refund.
